How It Works

A Clear Path to Lasting Results

Our step-by-step process ensures you always know what to do, how to do it, and that you’re never alone on your journey.

STEP-1

Intake Questionnaire

Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed intake form. This helps us understand your health history, nutrition habits, and goals so we can build the right plan for you.

STEP-2

Nutrition Tracker

You’ll be given a personalized plan we call your Nutrition Tracker. This acts as your daily health journal, guiding you to log meals, track progress, and stay aligned with your goals

STEP-3

Progress Submissions

All submissions are saved in your tracker and Google Drive folder so your coach has a full picture of your progress.

STEP-4

Weekly Loom Check-Ins

Each Sunday, you’ll record a quick Loom video update. Your coach reviews your photos, tracker, and video, then replies with personalized guidance and any adjustments by Monday within 24 hours.

STEP-5

Ongoing Support

Your journey doesn’t stop at check-ins. You’ll have unlimited text support (24h weekday response / 48h weekend response) and ongoing adjustments to ensure your program evolves with you.
