Do you offer workout-only or training-only programs?

How often do I check in?
Check-ins are completed weekly through the app, allowing your coach to review your progress and make consistent, informed adjustments.
Do I need to follow a strict meal plan?
No – Your coaching is built around personalized nutrition targets, flexibility, and real-life habits – not rigid meal plans.
